From the minute I walked in to Boa, to the wonderful staff helping me get my gown in to my car 5 months later, my entire experience with them was perfect!

The shop is beautiful & that first appointment with my mum & bridesmaids trying on so many beautiful dresses was everything I’d hoped for!

I found my dream dress – a gorgeous silk gown by So Sassi – and every time I returned to the boutique afterwards for fittings, Sheila and the staff were all so supportive, complimentary & wonderfully helpful. I was always so excited each time I went back!

I can’t rate BOA highly enough. If you’ve just got engaged, definitely book an appointment – the hardest part will be choosing which of the beautiful dresses to get married in!

I just wanted to write to say a huge THANK YOU to all of you for all the time, effort and support you gave me in finding what was to be the most perfect dress and one that far exceeded my imagination.

You were by far the kindest and most considerate company I visited during my search and always made me feel more than welcome. Even though it took me three visits, I never felt pressured into making a decision and instead received a great deal of guidance and advice from you all throughout.

Sheila – I wish to thank you in particular, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you and I am hugely grateful for your tireless efforts to help me. Your knowledge and eye for detail ensured all of the finishing touches, from the veil through to the silk flower, complimented the dress beautifully. Thanks to you my ‘wedding dress’ experience was an absolute joy.

Choosing my dress through Boa really was the best decision I made. Working with you, I knew I could relax in the knowledge that I had a fantastic team of people behind me to take care of everything and the result was simply stunning! I now only wish I could find a reason to wear my beautiful dress again

Firstly I wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for everything you did helping me chose my DREAM Sheila Harding wedding dress for my special day on Friday 7th July 2017. I genuinely couldn’t have been happier with how it looked on the day – it was absolute perfection in every way possible!

I also want to thank each & every lady that I met on the many visits and fittings I had who were always so welcoming, kind, enthusiastic and incredibly helpful, especially the fabulous Philippa and the super talented Maureen. I honestly loved every single second that I spent at BOA Boutique and will always be so grateful to you all for making the process from start to finish so utterly wonderful.

The final result was absolutely stunning, I couldn’t feel more beautiful in the dress it was everything I ever wanted and more. Looking back at the photos I can’t quite believe it’s me, I feel like a real Princess in it.

Dear BOA Ladies,

First of all I am sorry for the lateness of the letter but it has been a very busy few months organising the English & Korean Wedding! But I now have the opportunity to thank you with a couple of pictures.

Being desperate, BOA Boutique was the very last shop I visited to find my Wedding dress with not much time left until the wedding.

When I finally visited the shop and tried some dresses with Sheila’s help I felt so comfortable and relieved, as she made choosing my dream dress with her useful advice which was so appreciated, especially because I was there alone to try on different dresses.

I was so happy when I finally found my Alma Novia dress with all the details and shape that I had been looking for all along as my wedding dress.

It was a total pleasure and such an enjoyable experience coming for my fittings each time, until the dress was ready. Everybody at the store was so kind and I got so much help for the veil and accessories as well.

I also want to say a huge thank you for all the hard work on my perfect alterations. The dress I bought needed a lot of alterations as I am very petite. I had no idea how it was possible to do this when there are so many sequins attached to the dress – but Marina worked her magic on it and made it into the most perfect fit, whilst keeping the shape of the dress.

I felt so happy and beautiful in my dress on my wedding day – it sparkled brilliantly all day.

Thank you so much again, I will definitely be recommending BOA Boutique to my engaged friends.

The dress made it on 8 flights across five countries and through 3,500km of driving within New Zealand, and it also successfully made it into the helicopter, so perhaps it’s one of the most well-travelled BOA dresses ever?! We had the most wonderful day and my new husband was blown away by the gown.

I can’t believe it’s been such a long time since my last dress fitting and since we got married. I can’t thank you enough for your help, wonderful service, enthusiasm and expertise along the way. Your help in choosing/designing the dress, ideas for what the final look would be, expert fitting and sewing skills were hugely appreciated, for both my dress and the bridesmaid dress that you altered for my sister.

I absolutely LOVED wearing my dress and am so grateful for all your help getting me there when I started off having no clue what I was after. Having an original Sheila Harding was fantastic! The dress and top got lots of comments – both on how ‘different’ it was, and how very ‘me’ it was. I hadn’t thought I wanted to wear a veil and ended up wearing it all day because I was enjoying it so much! The whole outfit was such a delight to wear, fitted perfectly and helped make our wedding a truly brilliant day – we all had such a good time.

I will send a proper card but wanted to send over some other photos that show off the dress a bit better – the photographer did a great job in capturing it all. I’ve attached some of my favourites that capture the dress well (sorry there are a lot but thought you’d like to see your good work in action!).

Thanks again so much for everything – I couldn’t have wished for better service and you put up with a lot of toddler tantrums from my niece which we hugely appreciated on top of everything else. And she wore the dress! A minor miracle…

A little note to say a HUGE thank you for making me feel truly wonderful on my wedding day. From the moment I stepped into BOA with my Mum, we knew it was a special place and ended up buying the 2nd dress I had ever tried on!

Philippa and Maureen were amazing, making me feel comfortable and confident from the start, even Sheila and Katie who hadn’t seen me before were so helpful.

My wedding was on 30th July this year and attached is a picture of me wearing my ‘Loretta’ dress with the ‘Leigh’ bolero which Maureen customised for me so it had a V back. In the evening I took the bolero off and attached a beautiful Ivory & Co sash for a more ‘glitzy’ look!

So, a heartfelt thanks to everyone, you made me feel a million dollars and I’m still on cloud 9…!
